Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform will first be addressed through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in England and Wales.

The arbitration will take place in London, England, and the decision rendered will be final and binding on both parties. Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
